We’ve added new items to our Tavern menu, plates to share and dishes for the table because variety is the spice of life and you can’t live a full life on an empty stomach. So we’re incorporating bar favorites in tapas style over great drinks and wonderful company. And as Chef Paul Prudhomme would put it…
“You don’t need a silver fork to eat good food.”
Some of the new favorites include dishes like our Baked East Coast Oysters with chorizo, scallions, and breadcrumbs. Our Mussels Casserole with Thai curry, coconut milk, and lemon grass is sure to fill the Tavern with an unbeatable aroma.
We’ve upgraded some classic bar favorites like our Mac & Cheese Croquette with black truffle aioli and parmigiano, or the Lemon-Robiola Arancini served with eggplant caponata and pickled raisins. Even the classic pigs n’ a blanket is upgraded to our Mangalitsa Franks In The Blanket, wrapped in cheddar biscuit with our homemade mustard sauce that is sure to transform you back to those childhood celebrations!
