A newly created monthly menu reflects not only the seasons’ freshest ingredients but also gives the Chefs the freedom to cook with spontaneity inspired by the ingredients themselves. Our Sommeliers personally select perfect wine pairings and take the time to explain each wine.
The communal dinner start with Champagne which leads into a 5 course tasting menu.
