PRICING & MINIMUMS

  • Our food minimums are: $1,000 for drop-off catering and $1,500 for full-service catering. Pick-up orders typically require a minimum of 10 people. Minimums are food-driven, which means staffing and rentals are not required unless you choose to add them.

  • We do! Delivery fees typically range from 10 to 15 percent of your food and beverage spend, depending on location and logistics, with a minimum delivery fee of $150.

    Drop-off catering includes professional setup of the food presentation at no additional charge.

  • No. Staffing and rentals are optional add-ons and do not apply toward your food minimum. This gives you full control over your total event cost and lets you scale service up or down based on the experience you want to create.

  • Gratuity is not required.

    However, if you'd like to recognize the team, the NYC industry standard is 18-22% for full-service and 10-15% for drop-off, calculated on your food and beverage subtotal.

  • We offer three service levels: pick-up, drop-off with setup, and full-service catering with our chef and optional front-of-house staff.

    Whether you're feeding a small team lunch in NoMad or hosting a 200-guest reception, we'll match the format to your event, budget, and space.

  • Pick-up catering is self-serve and works well for smaller or informal gatherings.

    Drop-off catering includes delivery and professional setup of the food presentation, with no on-site staff.

    Full-service catering includes an on-site chef and optional front-of-house staff, ideal for hosted dinners and reception-style events.

  • We include disposable or eco-friendly serviceware and serving utensils upon request at no additional cost.

    Sustainability is built into how we operate, both at the restaurant and off-site.

  • Yes, china, glassware, and linens are available as rental options. You're also welcome to source rentals independently if you have a preferred vendor or aesthetic in mind.

    Rentals are recommended only when appropriate for your event format.

DELIVERY & TIMING

  • We primarily serve Manhattan, with a focus on Flatiron, NoMad, and Midtown.

    Additional neighborhoods and boroughs are available upon request. If you're outside our standard radius, reach out and we'll see what we can do!

  • We recommend a minimum of 72 hours for drop-off catering. Full-service events require additional lead time so we can confirm staffing, rentals, and menu details. For larger or more complex events, the earlier the better.

STAFFING & CHANGES

  • Staffing is billed separately from food. A chef is $45 per hour with a five-hour minimum and is required for full-service catering. Front-of-house staff are $65 per hour with a five-hour minimum and are optional.

    We'll recommend staffing levels based on your menu and guest count, and adjust based on your needs.

  • In most cases, yes. Service levels can be adjusted based on timing and availability. For staffed events, we recommend confirming your service type as early as possible so we can hold the team you'll need.
