PRIVATE EVENT EXPERIENCES
Souffle Making
You and your guests will be greeted and escorted to the main production kitchen where our Chef and Sommelier will show you the operation that others rarely get to see. Our Sommelier will start the evening off sabering a bottle of Champagne after which our Chef will begin explaining the nuances of souffle making and walk you and your guests through preparing your own souffle dish. The Chef will mix the ingredients while you and your guests fill your own, pre-prepared souffle dish. Guests will then be escorted back to the dining room for dinner and enjoy their freshly baked souffle that they, themselves prepared.
This Experience is offered to groups of 10-30 guests.
Chef's Table
Positioned between the Pastry Station and the Chef’s Cooking Stations, you’ll dine amid the action of a well-orchestrated kitchen. Enjoy watching the focus and passion of our chefs cooking while you and your guests enjoy your carefully chosen 4 course meal, paired with a curated wine selection from our cellar. In this experience our renowned Chef Doherty and in house Sommelier will walk you through each course and explain the nuance and pairings in a delicious and unforgettable dining experience.
World Leader Menu
Chef Doherty presents a carefully curated 5 course menu, composed of dishes he has prepared for several world leaders during his tenure as Executive Chef of New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel. These elevated dishes were served to political figures such as Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, George Bush and Bill Clinton. Chef Doherty personally walks you through each dish while sharing behind the scenes stories of these historical meals along with a curated wine pairing hosted by our in house sommelier.
Wine Tasting
During the main course of your meal, you will be served three wines that are distinctly different, yet complement each other and the food you are about to enjoy. Our Sommelier will help the group explore the nuances of these wines and provide the knowledge one would need to pick that perfect bottle of wine.
Whiskey Tasting
Discover the nuances of notable whiskeys from around the world as only our Spirits Master can explain. Select three whiskeys from our carefully curated whiskey selection and enjoy learning the story behind how each carefully crafted spirit is made and aged.
